Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

BLUE OCEAN ESTATES FUERTEVENTURA, SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations include:

• Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

The processing is legitimized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
• Based on the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: carrying out market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders, requests, etc. at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal obligations require their retention. Once no longer necessary, they will be securely deleted to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER’s needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
